GIBALI – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Overview

At Gibali, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we produce. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all returns and exchanges are subject to strict review and approval.


30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • The 30-day period starts from the date of confirmed delivery

  • Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered


Return Authorization Required 

All returns must be pre-approved.

  • Customers must contact us at [your email] before sending any item back

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender


Condition Requirements 

Returned items must meet ALL of the following:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • No signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or damage

  • Must include original packaging

  • Must include all certificates (IGI, GIA, etc. if applicable)

  • Must match original condition as shipped

👉 Any item that does not meet these standards will be rejected


Inspection & Approval Process

All returned items undergo a detailed inspection.

  • Gibali reserves the right to approve or deny any return at its sole discretion

  • If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly

  • If denied, the item will be shipped back to the customer


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the item


Exchanges

We may offer exchanges instead of refunds where appropriate.

  • Exchanges must meet the same condition and approval requirements

  • Price differences must be paid before shipment


Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom jewelry is final sale.

  • A minimum 30% deposit is required to begin production

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded

👉 This includes:

  • Custom engagement rings

  • Personalized designs

  • Modified or special-order items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and detailed description

  • We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be shipped with tracking and insurance

  • Gibali is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Right to Refuse

Gibali reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return that does not meet our policy

  • Deny returns that show signs of wear or alteration

  • Limit or reject excessive or abusive return behavior
