  • Orders over $2,000 USD qualify for complimentary shipping

  • Ships via insured FedEx Overnight

Standard Insured Shipping

  • Flat rate: $50 USD

  • Shipped via FedEx Overnight (fully insured)

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days to process and ship

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces: Production timelines vary and will be communicated in advance

Delivery Time

  • All shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight

  • Delivery typically occurs next business day after shipment

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We will assist in filing claims for lost or damaged packages when applicable
