Welcome to Gibali. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Products & Services

Gibali specializes in fine jewelry, including but not limited to:

  • Engagement rings

  • Lab-grown and natural diamonds

  • Custom jewelry

  • Watches and estate pieces

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.

3. Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order pieces are subject to the following:

  • A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded

  • Final balances must be paid prior to delivery or shipment

By approving designs (including CADs), you accept the final specifications of the piece.

All custom orders are final sale.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraud

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, wire transfer, Zelle, or other approved methods.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Issues with payment verification

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Gibali is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or international shipping issues

Once an item is shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy.

  • Returns require prior authorization

  • Items must meet strict condition requirements

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable

Gibali reserves the right to approve or deny any return request.

8. Product Use & Care

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their jewelry.

Gibali is not liable for damage caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Accidents

  • Third-party repairs or modifications

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated, all products are sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The product will meet all expectations

  • The website will be error-free or uninterrupted

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gibali shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Damages resulting from use or misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, images, designs, and text—is the property of Gibali and may not be used without written permission.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged as high-risk

  • Request additional verification

  • Refuse transactions at our discretion

Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
